has grown into one of Ethiopia’s reputable exporters with over 4 years of proven
experience supplying global markets with premium-grade products directly sourced
from their origins.
Rooted in Guji, one of the most celebrated coffee-growing regions in Ethiopia,
Eastern Star Trading has built its reputation on quality, transparency, and longterm
partnership. Our operations extend from our sourcing sites in Hambela
Wamena,Urga and Kerchaa to our main offices and facilities in Addis Ababa and
Harar. This strategic presence allows us to work closely with farmers, maintain strict
quality standards, and ensure consistent product supply throughout the year.
Today, Eastern Star Trading exports to a diverse global market, including Europe,
the United States, Asia, and the Arab region. Our international buyers recognize us
for our commitment to excellence, professional export handling, and unmatched
reliability in quality control.
The company operates modern coffee cleaning and processing facilities in Addis
Ababa, equipped to handle both washed and natural coffee preparations. Under the
leadership of our founder and CEO, Abdulhafiz Jemal , Eastern Star Trading has
expanded to a workforce of over 50 dedicated employees. Our team brings deep
industry knowledge, strong operational capability, and a customer-focused mindset
that strengthens our position in the global marketplace.
